Shipping policy

New Zealand Orders

We offer our customers FREE standard delivery for all New Zealand orders over $100 delivered to a single address. For orders under $100 the delivery cost is $7.99.

Your order will be delivered quickly to you as all "in stock" items on our website are held in our warehouse, ready for immediate dispatch. Our delivery target for purchases made before 1pm weekdays is 3 working days. For Auckland region, we offer overnight delivery with CourierPost.

Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday. 

New Zealand orders are all tracked and delivered by New Zealand Post or Aramex. We use their non-signature required service so your order will be left at your door or in your letterbox if you are not home. If there isn’t a safe place the courier will leave a calling card with details of how to collect your order. 

Rural Delivery 

We deliver to rural addresses at additional $5, free for orders over $100. Please note that these orders may take 1 to 3 days longer to arrive.

Australia Orders

Australia orders are shipped by New Zealand Post or Aramex Australia. Therefore, you will have the security, efficiency and quality handling of a tracked international courier service.

For orders under $150NZD we charge a flat rate of $18.99NZD Australia wide. Free shipping for orders over $150NZD delivered to a single address. Extra charges will apply on large frames. 

Target delivery times for Australia orders are 3 to 10 working days. 

Additional Charges on Overseas Orders

Our prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs, taxes or other import charges which may be payable in other countries. So please be aware that your order may incur these additional charges which the recipient will be responsible for paying.

International Orders

Rate Structure:

  • Our standard international shipping rate is $39NZD per kilogram (equivalent to approximately 2.21 pounds).
  • This rate applies to shipments sent via NZ Post or Aramex International whatever is the most cost efficient.

Refund Policy:

  • In the event that you are overcharged for shipping, we will promptly issue a refund for the excess amount.
